About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractor payments, material coordination, and cost forecasting, ensuring smooth project execution and effective cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, evaluate, and certify Subcontractor Payments in accordance with contract terms.Call for quotations, evaluate supplier and subcontractor offers, and assist in procurement decisions.Coordinate with the purchasing team and site management to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.Prepare monthly cost forecasts and cash flow projections for management review.Assist in the preparation and submission of Interim Payment Applications to clients.Maintain up-to-date records of project costs, variations, and financial progress.Provide commercial and contractual support to site teams to ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines.Qualifications & ExperienceHND + Minimum 3 years or BSc. + Minimum 1 year experience in Quantity Surveying fieldExperience in Building construction projects, particularly housing, hotel, or villa projects, is preferred.Strong understanding of measurement, cost control, and contractual proceduresProficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and QS-related software.Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.LocationThe selected candidate(s) will be assigned to project sites across Sri Lanka.
