Description:Overview of role:The Program Manager: Strategic and Regulatory Initiatives is responsible for the end-to-end program management and coordination of Coliban Water’s major strategic and regulatory submissions, including the Pricing Submission, the Urban Water Strategy, and the Corporate Plan. The role ensures these submissions are delivered on time, to a high standard, and with clear alignment to Coliban Water’s strategic objectives, regulatory obligations, and customer commitments.Key Responsibilities:As our Program Manager you’ll be accountable for:Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks for key corporate submissions.Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, deliverables, and deadlines.Monitor progress and escalate risks or issues to Project Sponsors and Senior Management as required.Apply consistent program management practices (aligned to Coliban Water’s Enterprise Investment Management Office).Ensure consistency of key messages across all forms of Corporate Submissions, where relevant.Prepare routine status reports and briefing papers to the Executive, Project Sponsors, Board and other key stakeholders as required.About you:Qualifications (desirable)Tertiary qualifications in business, economics, environmental management, strategic planning, or a related field.Program or Project management certification or relevant experience.Proven experience in coordinating complex projects or submissions, ideally within the water, utilities, or regulated sectors.Strong project/ program management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.Excellent written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to prepare, edit, and quality-assure complex documents for regulators and external stakeholders.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to coordinate inputs from diverse subject matter experts and influence at all levels.High level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.Applies judgement in facilitating decisions through the respective governance structure, meeting assurance requirements.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools.Sound like you?
