Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent based in Colombo. The agent will handle customer inquiries, make flight reservations, issue tickets, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with travel itinerary planning, promoting sales of services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and airline partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Reservations and Airline TicketingKnowledge of Travel & Tourism industry practicesBasic Sales and marketing acumenProficiency in relevant reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is a plusGood organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environmentDiploma or certification in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous
