Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Operations Supervisor specializing in Benefits Administration. The role is based in Pasig, with flexibility for some remote work. The HR Operations Supervisor will oversee benefit-related processes, ensure compliance with established HR policies, address employee concerns, and manage performance within the team. The responsibilities include developing and implementing benefits strategies, monitoring HR systems, and collaborating with internal departments to drive operational excellence. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practicesExperience in HR Management and the development and implementation of HR PoliciesStrong background in Employee Relations and benefits administration practicesProficiency in Performance Management and the ability to evaluate operational efficiencyExcellent leadership and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredFamiliarity with relevant labor laws and compliance standards in the Philippines
