Job Description

Job Title: Learning and Development SpecialistLocation: BGC, Taguig CityWork Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home)Shift: NightshiftSalary: Up to ₱37,000 Basic PayKey Responsibilities:Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, define learning outcomes, and establish an instructional strategy tailored to business goals.Content Development: Design and create instructional materials, including eLearning modules, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), microlearning content, toolkits, job aids, infographics, and videos.Live Session Delivery: Lead and facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, utilizing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other learning technologies to ensure smooth, engaging, and interactive learning experiences.Learner Engagement: Ensure high-quality learner engagement by implementing best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation to meet diverse learning needs.Training Reinforcement: Conduct pre-session, mid-session, and post-session communications, providing learning reinforcements to ensure retention and application of key concepts.Evaluation & Feedback: Assess learning effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback surveys, and post-training assessments, refining future instructional designs and delivery methods.Project Management: Maintain project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations for content creation and delivery, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet organizational goals.Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as an SME and advocate for learners, offering guidance on tools, platforms, and opportunities for continued learning.Global Collaboration: Partner with global design and delivery teams to ensure a consistent learning experience for employees across different regions and functions.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development to improve instructional methodologies and training outcomes.Must-Haves:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Communication, Organizational Leadership, or Organizational Psychology.Experience: 2-5 years in learning, education, human resources, or related fields.Knowledge in Adult Learning Theory
