Use digital tools, social platforms, and data-driven insights to find and attract talent. Guide candidates through every step—ensuring a positive, transparent, and inclusive experience. Build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, supporting their talent needs. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion—every background, every story, every voice matters. Meet your goals, celebrate wins, and learn from every experience.What You’ll Bring 3–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment. Experience supporting or a strong interest in one or more of EY’s service lines: Consulting (helping clients transform their business, technology, and strategy) Assurance (audit and financial reporting) Tax (tax advisory and compliance) Core Business Services (internal operations such as HR, IT, finance, and marketing) Strategy & Transactions (corporate finance, M&A, and strategic growth) Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools. Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with knowledge of behavioral and competency-based techniques. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with professionalism and attention to detail. Curiosity, initiative, and a drive for continuous learning.
